Join Viva for Holiday Events for Pigs
Viva! is holding their yearly, nationwide holiday events as part of their When Pigs Cry campaign. Particularly on Christmas Eve, there will be long lines of people waiting to pick up their hams at HoneyBaked Ham and other locations. Be there to remind people of the lives these pigs are forced to live. The objective is to encourage people to reconsider eating pigs in the future, but in a few cases people have actually decided to forego their hams that very day.

From the No Spam Zone Poll, there have been requests for kid-friendly recipes, in addition to the chocolate-chip cookies. Both Peanut Butter Spirals and Messy Mikes (here) are favorites of our daughter. Any other suggestions or questions?
