If you donate to Vegan Outreach before December 31 your donation will be *doubled.* It’s a tax-deductible gift, and it’s a wonderful organization even if you’re not vegan. They’re efficient, focused, and not at all pushy! Their army of outreach coordinators and over 500 volunteers personally hand out hard-hitting informational booklets to millions of people each year on college campuses and at other venues.
VO presents factual information about what happens to animals that become our food, they let people decide for themselves – with all the info – if they want to make changes, and then they support those who do! Some people don’t go veg but they cut back (yay Meatless Monday!) and it’s a huge help. Others go completely vegan. Any step matters, and thanks to Vegan Outreach, more people are taking steps that will reduce animals suffering on factory farms and in slaughterhouses. People who might not be ready to change their diet still want to decrease animal suffering, and donating to Vegan Outreach is a powerful way to do that!
